Adding/Editing Users

If you click on the Add User button you will see a page similar to the one below. The EMail Address field is the "name of the user" - it doesn't actually have to be a email address. The user will login using this name. The password fields are self explanatory and the user will type this password in conjunction with their user name. The Access Rights allow you to determine what type of user they are: Administrator (can manage services in addition to user accounts) and User (can manage specific services only). The Services list box allows you to choose which services the user can view and manage after they have logged in. Use the radio button to choose All or selected services. Hold down the Control key when left clicking on the service list to selecting multiple services. Click the Edit User button to save changes.
